1. What information of yours do we collect?
At The Company we aim to be your favourite place for support, sales, upgrades, web hosting and internet access. To do this, we must on occasion collect information so we can understand what makes you different from other unique users. Information collected online is usually defined as being either anonymous or personally identifiable.

• Anonymous information refers to data that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. For example, The Company collects some information each time a visitor comes to the Web site so we can improve the overall quality of the visitor's online experience. The Company collects referral data (e.g., the Internet address of the last Web page visited by a user before clicking over to The Company), and browser and platform type (e.g., a Netscape browser on a Macintosh platform).

• Personally identifiable information refers to data that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name and postal address, which may be collected in addition to the anonymous data described above. The Company collects personal information in the following ways:

2. How does The Company use the information?
Any personally identifiable information you share with The Company when making a booking is maintained and accessible only by The Company and the technology providers unless specifically stated otherwise. The Company requests information from its users:

a. So that we can process orders, bookings and requests or more information
b. Users can enjoy customized experiences, including personalization services.

The following are examples of how The Company may use the information it collects:

• The Company uses the information collected (both anonymous and personal) to personalize and enhance the content you see on The Website. In some cases, our Products and Services cannot work unless you have volunteered accurate information.

• Information submitted in the booking process while booking your remote support call is used to process the booking, bill the appropriate person and send booking confirmation. Aggregate information regarding trends and popularity of particular products may be recorded. Personal purchase information (like credit card details) is not kept for any longer than necessary and is deleted as soon as the booking is complete.

• The Company also uses the aggregate data to perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behaviour of our visitors, to measure user demographics and interests regarding specific areas of The Website and to analyse how and where best to use our resources. We do not track what pages individual users are browsing, but rather how well each page performs overall. Without such data, we would not know which parts of The Website are the most popular, and we would not be able to change and update the content and services appropriately.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Once the user log’s out or/and closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on The Website, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on The Website. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use parts of The Website. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of The Website. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the accessible portions of our users to enhance the experience on The Website. We currently do use cookies on The Website.

While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur; we take many precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

You are ultimately responsible for the security of your usernames and passwords. Please take care when using and storing them. The Company recommends that you do not divulge your password to anyone. You should log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence, especially if several people have access to your personal computer or you are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe. The Website currently does not require a username and password to function; however we would like to point out that you are responsible for you own PC security.
