1. What information of yours do we collect?
At The Company we aim to be your favourite place for support, sales, upgrades,
web hosting and internet access. To do this, we must on occasion collect
information so we can understand what makes you different from other unique
users. You are required to complete a booking form; with some simple information
(name, address, telephone number, and email address, booking information,
etc) this information about you is required for completing your booking.
Information collected online is usually defined as being either anonymous
or personally identifiable.
• Anonymous information refers to data that cannot be tied back to a
specific individual. For example, The Company collects some information
each time a visitor comes to the Web site so we can improve the overall
quality of the visitor's online experience. The Company collects referral

before clicking over to The Company), and browser and platform type
(e.g., a Netscape browser on a Macintosh platform).

Any personally identifiable information you share with The Company when

the technology providers unless specifically stated otherwise. The Company
requests information from its users:
a. So that we can process orders, bookings and requests or
more information
b. Users can enjoy customized experiences, including personalization
services.
The following are examples of how The Company may use
the information it collects:
• The Company uses the information collected (both anonymous
and personal) to personalize and enhance the content you see on The Website.
In some cases, our Products and Services cannot work unless you have volunteered
accurate information.
• Information submitted in the booking process while booking your remote
support call is used to process the booking, bill the appropriate person
and send booking confirmation. Aggregate information regarding trends
and popularity of particular products may be recorded. Personal purchase
information (like credit card details) is not kept for any longer than
necessary and is deleted as soon as the booking is complete.
• The Company also uses the aggregate data to perform statistical analyses
of the collective characteristics and behaviour of our visitors, to measure
user demographics and interests regarding specific areas of The Website
and to analyse how and where best to use our resources. We do not track
what pages individual users are browsing, but rather how well each page
performs overall. Without such data, we would not know which parts of
The Website are the most popular, and we would not be able to change and
update the content and services appropriately.
3. With whom does The Company share the information that
is collected?
At present no information is shared or passed on to any other person or
company in any way. We do not currently have any plans to share or pass
on this information to any other person or company in the future.

any third-party service or content providers on The Company by choosing
not to use such areas.
If you have a question about the The Company opt-out process that is not
answered here, please send an email to the info email address shown below.
6. What types of security procedures are in place to protect
against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information?
The Company has security measures in place to attempt to protect against
the loss, misuse and alteration of your user data under our control. The
Company uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect
any personally identifiable data stored on its computers. Only authorized
employees have access to the information you provide us. Any particularly
sensitive information, such as a credit card number is encrypted prior
to transmission.

The Company website and all credit card details are collected through
a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) identifiable by the padlock symbol at the
bottom right of your browser.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing
information about the user. Once the user log’s out or/and closes their
browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie
on The Website, the user would not have to log in a password more than
once, thereby saving time while on The Website. If a user rejects the
cookie, they may still use parts of The Website. The only drawback to
this is that the user will be limited in some areas of The Website. Cookies
can also enable us to track and target the accessible portions of our
users to enhance the experience on The Website. We currently do use cookies
on The Website.
While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will
not occur; we take many precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
You are ultimately responsible for the security of your usernames and
passwords. Please take care when using and storing them. The Company recommends
that you do not divulge your password to anyone. You should log out of
your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others
cannot access your personal information and correspondence, especially
if several people have access to your personal computer or you are using
a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe. The Website
currently does not require a username and password to function; however
we would like to point out that you are responsible for you own PC security.
Data Protection
In accordance with the 1998 UK Data Protection Act, The
Company agrees to adhere to the following regulations
1. Your confidential information is only used for the
purposes of viewing support requests, responding to support requests,
diagnosing support issues, resolving support issues, billing and all fulfilment
of purchases made from The Company.
2. Your confidential information is never disclosed to
third parties without your prior consent, unless there is legislation
or other overriding legitimate reason to share the information (for example,
the prevention or detection of crime).
3. Your confidential information will be kept for the
duration of your support agreement or until you cancel your service with
us. After termination it will be deleted and considered expired.
4. The Company promises to have adequate security measures
in place. These include technical measures such as SSL certificates, firewalls,
antivirus, and organisational measures, such as staff training.
